Store Policies

Return Policy:

     We take special care in packing all the orders, but some orders may be damaged in transit. If your merchandise arrives damaged, keep the original shipping carton and notify us immediately so that we may file a claim with the shipping carrier. In this case, we will be more than happy to replace the merchandise for you after we receive the damaged merchandise.

     Return/exchange is accepted only with unused/unopened items with original packaging/tags intact. If opened and/or un-sellable merchandise is returned to us, refund/exchange will not be granted. Buyers are responsible for return/exchange shipping cost. If refund is granted, buyers will be refunded the product listed price. If exchange is granted, it can only be made for the same item.

     Buyers must notify AMDL Collections of the return and return the product within 7 days after the product is delivered. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

     We are not responsible for packages lost or misdirected due to an incorrectly imputed or undeliverable address. Please make sure you have typed in the correct address.

     Simply include a copy of your invoice with your return and send it to:
